This policy applies to the games, websites and online services published and operated by Kai Studio (“Kai Studio”, “we”). By using our services, you agree to the data practices described below. Some games may have additional terms, shown inside the game.

We do not collect or store payment card details. All transactions are processed directly by the distribution platform.
03How we use data

- Player support: answering requests, recovering accounts, resolving issues.
- Safety and anti-cheat: detecting violations and protecting fairness for the community.
- Advertising (in games with ads): showing relevant ads according to your consent choices.
- Meeting legal obligations when required by competent authorities.
04Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with partners needed to operate our services, who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations:
- Distribution and payment platforms (Apple, Google…).
- Server, cloud storage and analytics providers.
- Ad networks — only for games with ads and according to your consent.
- Competent government authorities, when required by law.

05Storage and security
Data is kept for as long as you use our services, or longer where the law requires. We use encryption in transit, restrict internal access and run regular reviews to protect data. No system is completely secure. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
06Your rights
Under personal data protection law, you have the right to:
- Know about and access the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Withdraw consent, for example by turning off personalised ads in your device settings.
- Request deletion of your account and related data.
- Complain about how your data is processed.

07Children
Our games carry age ratings on each store. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the applicable age without consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

This policy may be updated when our services or the law change. The update date is shown at the top of the page. For significant changes, we will notify you in game or on our website.
